If you want to pursue an undergraduate psychology degree, we have the program for you. Our program focuses on tailoring your psychology degree directly to your interests and career goals.
Psychology at Florida Tech
All of our psychology degrees share a common psychology core emphasizing research methodology and analysis, biological and social influences on behavior, and preparing our graduates for both the pursuit of a psychology graduate degree and future psychology careers.
Adhering to the excellence of Florida Tech, our diverse psychology curriculum is also enhanced by research-active faculty, a small student-professor ratio, and off-site internships to broaden and apply the student’s academic knowledge.
Tailoring Your Psychology Degree
What do we mean by “tailoring your psychology degree?” Well, here at Florida Tech, we encourage students to specialize in a specific area of psychology; something that is rare at the undergraduate level. For example, students have the option of pursuing a B.A. in Psychology, a B.S. in Psychology or a B.A. in Forensic Psychology. Not only that, but the B.A./B.S. in Psychology degrees allow for students to concentrate their studies in specific areas, including animal learning and behavior, applied social psychology, clinical/counseling psychology or cognitive and neuropsychology.
