Express Mailing Service
The International Student & Scholar Services Office is pleased to make available DHL, UPS, and FedEx Express mailing of immigration documents to students overseas and in the United States. These documents are usually I-20’s that students forget to take with them over a break, and updates to their work authorization. The ISSS Office uses an express mail service called eShipGlobal/UEMS that will allow you to receive your documents through DHL, UPS, or FedEx .
PLEASE NOTE: Friends are not allowed to pick up other friends documents from the ISSS Office.
In order to request express mailing of your immigration documents, you must:
- Notify the ISSS Office of the document that you are requesting; please email isss@253000xa.com; and then
- Use the eShipGlobal/UEMS website (linked below). Do not make a request directly through DHL, UPS, or FedEx
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHOOSE THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT & SCHOLAR SERVICES OFFICE AS THE SENDER OF THE DOCUMENTS THAT YOU ARE REQUESTING. WE CANNOT SEND OTHER DEPARTMENTS DOCUMENTS. CHOOSING THE WRONG DEPARTMENT WILL DELAY THE SHIPMENT.
Once eShipGlobal/UEMS receives your request, they will notify our office that you have placed an order to receive your immigration documents.
Requesting your immigration documents through eShipGlobal/UEMS is at YOUR expense and your credit card (visa, Mastercard or Discover card only) will be charged upon requesting the service.
If you experience difficulty in registering and processing the shipment request, please use eShipGlobal’s/UEMS FAQ link for step-by-step instructions. If you have questions about how to use this service, please email student.support@eshipglobal.com
Please pay close attention to the information submitted as errors in the credit card information or submitting incorrect or incomplete address information will result in a delay in the mailing of your immigration documents.
NOTE: this service is provided for immigration documents only; if you are seeking transcripts, etc., please contact the appropriate office for direction
