Student Resources

On-campus graduate students in the School of Behavior Analysis often receive a significant tuition discount in exchange for serving as a graduate student assistant. The School of Behavior Analysis has three Master's programs and a Ph.D. program accredited by the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) Accreditation Board. In addition, all of the core course sequences are verified by the ABAI. This means the course sequences meet coursework requirements for eligibility to take the Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) examination. Additionally, BEH 5261 Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork 1 and BEH 5263 Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork 3 meet the Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork requirements for the experiential component of the BCBA examination application when taken for a total of 10 credits over the course of six semesters. Florida Tech’s on-campus degree programs in ABA, OBM and the dual program (ABA and OBM) provide students with the requirements to take the BACB® examination immediately on graduation.

The behavior analysis programs at Florida Tech offer a wide range of opportunities to further your academic or professional career within a demanding and growing field. We offer personalized attention and flexibility in choosing the right program for you. Our Ph.D. degree program benefits from small class sizes which present students the opportunity for intensive supervision and mentoring as professionals who can practice, teach and conduct research independently. There are only a few universities in the country offering actual degrees in behavior analysis. Florida Tech graduates successfully compete for the myriad of jobs currently available.
